A Saskatchewan teen accused of stabbing a girl multiple times at a party has pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault and carrying a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The youth, who cannot be identified due to his age, is scheduled to go on trial in Prince Albert on May 30.

He was charged just over a month after the Oct. 15, 2017 attack in the RM of Buckland following an investigation by Prince Albert RCMP and the RCMP general investigation section.

The girl, who came to court with her family and friends, says she has largely recovered from her injuries though she still has pain in her lung where she was stabbed.
