London police investigating after pedestrian struck by a vehicle

A pedestrian was taken to hospital Monday morning after being hit by a vehicle in the Oxford and Quebec Street area.

Initial reports indicated that the investigation was not being treated as a hit and run, but as of Monday afternoon police had confirmed they are seeking a white Ford F150 crew cab truck with a black tonneau cover.

London Middlesex EMS told 980 CFPL that they treated and transported an adult woman to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers responded to a collision near Oxford and Quebec Streets around 8 a.m. Monday.

The roadway was closed for just over an hour Monday morning but has since re-opened to traffic.
