Police searching for 3 suspects after Hamilton man shot in the neck

Hamilton police are looking for a trio of suspects after a shooting incident in central Hamilton.

Police were called to the area of Barton Street East and Emerald Street North at about 7:30 p.m. Monday, and found a 20-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck. A gun was found at the scene.

The man was taken to nearby Hamilton General Hospital and his injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.

Police believe it was a targeted attack. They’re looking for two men and a woman, all believed to be in their late teens.
