Teen hospitalized after bus terminal knife fight: Halifax police

HALIFAX – A teenager was hospitalized on Sunday after being stabbed during a fight that started with an argument at a Halifax bus terminal.

The RCMP say a group of three teenagers traded insults with another group of six teens at the MacDonald Bridge bus terminal on Sunday evening.

Police say the three teens then boarded the bus to the suburb of Eastern Passage and they were followed in a car by the other group.

Investigators say a fight broke out when the bus arrived in Eastern Passage and one of the teens in the smaller group received non-life threatening knife wounds.

Police said the suspects fled from the scene in their vehicle.

No arrests have been made.
