Days after releasing surveillance photo of a vehicle, police have released a surveillance photo of a man who officers believe could aid in a sexual assault investigation.
London police believe the man, seen in a photo taken in the area of Richmond and John streets at roughly 12:20 a.m. March 4, may have had contact with the complainant in the case beforehand and may have information helpful to the investigation.

Police first appealed to the public on Tuesday, releasing a photo of a silver four-door sedan in the area of Oxford Street West and Wharncliffe Road North on Sunday at around 12:20 a.m.
The vehicle was seen in a nearby parking lot around the time of the incident, and is believed to have been on Richmond Street before that. The drivers-side headlight on the vehicle was not working.
Police say the driver may have information that’ll be helpful to the investigation, and they’re urging anyone with information to call the London Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
