OPP say two people were killed in a two vehicle collision. The crash happened Thursday morning at 5:30 a.m.
According to recent reports from Napanee OPP, a Napanee woman and a Kingston man were killed in the early morning crash.
OPP say that the man was driving a black vehicle, and went over the centre line, colliding with the Napanee woman’s red van.
OPP are saying the male driver was at fault, but could not confirm if there was any impairment involved.

Emergency services were on the scene for several hours, along with the Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit.
There’s no word yet on what may have caused the accident.
