Halton Police officers are investigating a suspected armed robbery at the Scotiabank on Main Street North in Campbellville.
Police say that shortly before 12:30 p.m. on Monday, two men, who were allegedly armed with handguns, entered the bank and demanded money from bank employees.
Luckily, no one was injured.
The two suspects left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money in a small, black hatchback, police said.
The first suspect is described as male, black, 20-30 years old, wearing black pants and a camouflage hat.
The second is described as male, black, 20-30 years old, wearing a black hoodie and green pants.
The public is being asked to avoid the area, while officers conduct a search and investigation.
