A Winnipeg store is offering free cheese for a year if people can identify their wannabee ‘cheeseburglar.’
Fromagerie Bothwell on Provencher Boulevard had a break-in at about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, said co-owner Jean-Marc Champagne.
In an infrared video posted to Facebook, a man dressed all in black, a dark-coloured cap and black sneakers can be seen rummaging through the store’s kitchen, opening the fridge and drawers presumably looking for something.
In the end, Champagne doesn’t believe anything was stolen, however, there is damage where it’s believed the man broke in.
