WEYBURN, Sask. – The case of a Saskatchewan driver accused of killing a highway flag person in a construction zone is going to trial.
Keith Dunford of Regina is charged with criminal negligence causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.

The 18-year-old woman was originally from Lakeside, N.B.
A judge in Weyburn, Sask., overseeing Dunford’s preliminary hearing says there is sufficient evidence for the case to proceed.
No date for the trial has been set and details of the hearing are covered by a publication ban.
