UPDATE: Death in Saskatoon ruled non-criminal ‘accident’ involving gun

The investigation into a suspicious death in Saskatoon continues.

Police said an autopsy was performed on Feb. 4 on the body of a 27-year-old Saskatoon man.

A cause of death has not been released and police said they are not releasing the man’s name at this time.

Police said they were called to a home in the 2400-block of Eastview on the morning of Feb. 2 for a report of an injured man.

He was declared dead at the scene.

The investigation is being led by members of the major crime section.

Saskatoon police said more information will be released as it becomes available.
