Air Canada has dropped direct flights between Winnipeg and Thunder Bay, and Winnipeg and Saskatoon.
They will also fly Winnipeg to Regina once daily, down from the current twice-daily flights.
“We review all of our routes on a regular basis, and our scheduling decisions are commercially based,” said a spokesperson for Air Canada.
“The routes from Winnipeg to Saskatoon and to Thunder Bay did not perform at a level that would make commercial sense for us to continue operating, and Air Canada’s last flights on these routes will be at the end of March.”
