Three people have been charged with more than 30 drug-related offences after a six-month investigation by Edmonton police.
At the end of February, police searched three separate properties in Edmonton, which led to the seizure of three firearms, several replica handguns, ammunition, $3,300 in cash, more than 26 grams of methamphetamine and nearly eight grams of fentanyl. Police said one of the weapons was stolen.
“We’re pleased that our team was able to make these arrests and remove firearms, ammunition and a quantity of drugs from our community last week,” Sgt. Daniel Tames with the Edmonton Police Service said in a media release.
