London police have taken the rare step of issuing a warning to the public over a man said to pose a high risk of violence towards women, especially sex workers and intimate partners.

Few other details have been released, but police say Ronald “Kevin” Fangrad, 56, has been assessed as a high risk for sexual violence and violence towards women.

Fangrad is described as white, five-foot-10 and 200 lbs, with blondish-grey hair balding at the top, a full grey beard, brown eyes, and glasses.
