Hamilton police have made a second arrest in a shooting on Barton Street East.
On February 22, 2019, police say two men went a home in the area, where they allegedly beat a man and robbed him.
The victim was shot in the chest, but the bullet went through him and into the leg of the one of the suspects, 23-year-old man Noah Hope, who was arrested a short time later.
The victim, a 26-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested the alleged shooter, 23-year-old Tyrell Edwards-Lafleur.
Police say the accused, who is from Toronto, was arrested on Monday at a hotel in Markham.

He is now facing several charges including attempted murder, robbery and intimidation.
