The Regina Police Service say the investigation into the man who died in a single-vehicle collision Tuesday night, is now being treated as a homicide.
Police say they’ve identified the victim as Denny Troy Jimmy, 30.
According to police, the incident took place at 5th Avenue and Lindsay Street shortly before 9 p.m.

Identification unit, traffic investigators and the coroner were all called to the scene to assist police with the investigation.
