A former beauty queen who pleaded guilty for her role in the Stanley Cup riot will not spend any time in jail.

Sophie Laboissonniere was caught on video looting the London Drugs at Georgia and Granville streets when the Canucks lost Game 7.

She has been given a conditional sentence and will serve 60 hours of community service.

She was expected to hear her sentence last month, but her lawyer requested the judge review recent sentences of other rioters before proceeding.

The request came after a rioter was granted a conditional discharge, which means no criminal record once his probation is over.
