A snowboarder in his mid-20s has died in Whistler after falling off a cliff.
Police said they received the call at about 10:20 a.m. on Thursday to assist BC Ambulance.
RCMP arrived at a Whistler health clinic to discover that the local man had already succumbed to his injuries.

He’d been in the alpine at the top of the Peak chair when he fell approximately 20 metres off a cliff, police said.
