One person is dead after a snowmobile crashed in South Frontenac early Monday morning.
According to OPP, emergency crews were called out to a field just off of Millburn Road around 4:30 a.m. for the crash.
Tuesday, OPP identified the deceased as Zachary Greenlees, a 22-year-old from Inverary. Greenlees was pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
According to OPP, Greenlees and a passenger on the snowmobile he was driving were thrown from the vehicle when it struck a mound under the snow. The passenger was uninjured.

Two friends on a separate snowmobile stopped to provide medical care before South Frontenac firefighters and paramedics arrived, police say.
At this time, OPP say speed, alcohol and drugs are not factors in the collision.
