Several highways have reopened – after being closed because of the terrible driving conditions.
The north Perimeter has reopened but the south Perimeter remains closed.
McGillivray Boulevard is closed from the Costco to the Perimeter.
The Trans Canada is open both east and west of the city.
Highways 16, 75, 12 and 52 have reopened as well.
