Global News projects that newcomer Nic Milligan has beaten out incumbent Ange Qualizza for the mayoral seat.
Global News is also projecting Harsh Ramadass, Tracey Audia Kelly and Ted Shoesmith will join incumbents Kevin McIsaac, Kyle Hamilton and Troy Nixon as councillors.
