CALGARY – A 43-year-old Alaskan woman is facing charges after she allegedly concealed a semi-automatic firearm while crossing the border into Canada.
She was taken into custody on Wednesday at the port of Coutts.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has charged Lana Gail Bradley with three charges; two counts under the Customs Act and one count under the Criminal Code.
She was later released on a $4,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in Lethbridge Provincial Court on December 6, 2013.
