MARSHALL, Sask. – There have been a number of crashes Wednesday morning on Highway 16 east of Lloydminster, Sask.
Several semis have jack-knifed and vehicles have gone in the ditch.

The westbound lanes of the highway are blocked and police say drivers can expect lengthy delays.
