Province holding back funding for cultural community hub in Lawrence Heights

The Ontario government is holding back $14 million that would help build a future community and cultural hub in the area of Lawrence Heights. It was a promise made by the previous Liberal government but as Erica Vella reports, area residents say they are disappointed with the move.
