A 16-year-old girl is dead and a 21-year-old man is injured after both were ejected from a car during a single-vehicle crash in New Brunswick.
New Brunswick RCMP says the crash occurred at 5:00 a.m. on Route 15 near Shemogue.

According to police, the vehicle was travelling eastbound when it left the road and rolled several times.
The 16-year-old from Petit-Cap was pronounced dead at the scene while the man from Shemogue was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

The Mounties say that their investigation indicates speed may have been a factor in the crash.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
