MONTREAL – Xebec Adsorption Inc., a Montreal-based company that develops technologies for the clean energy industry, is expanding into the United States.
The company has opened an office in Houston, Texas, and added two former ProSep executives to its management team.

ProSep, another clean technology company formerly based in Montreal, was acquired in November by Produced Water Absorbents, Inc. of Houston and now operates as PWO-ProSep.
Parag Jhonsa, formerly president and general manager with ProSep USA Inc., becomes Xebec’s vice-president for business development and president of its new U.S. subsidiary.

Gary Blizzard, formerly executive vice-president of process engineering and product development with ProSep, becomes VP of business development at Xebec Adsorption USA.
Xebec Adsorption provides technology for upgrading biogas, purifying natural gas, field gas and hydrogen and filtration solutions for the clean energy market.
