Police say witnesses reported that the vehicle had been heading east on Florence Street and may have struck another eastbound vehicle before flipping multiple times and coming to rest near the intersection.
Three people fled before officers arrived, police say. The suspects are described as two males and a female. The males both had slim builds and were about 5-foot-7 tall. One had on a dark hooded sweatshirt and the other was wearing a white shirt. The female suspect is described as “Caucasian, slim build, wearing short jean shorts and a white shirt.”
Police say the vehicle involved in the collision had been reported stolen from Thames Centre on Sunday, Sept. 8.
