People in Cavenago, Italy, a town about 20 kms northeast of Milan, were shocked when a tornado passed through, tearing apart buildings and overturning trucks.
“At one point we heard something like a plane or a helicopter coming from far away,” one witness told YouReporter.it.
“This is the second time I found myself in the middle of a tornado,” he said.

Europe experiences approximately 300 tornadoes a year. Central Italy is one of the regions that experiences several tornadoes annually.
