The investment board of the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) has criticized Alberta’s recent public survey and advertising campaign for its potential CPP exit. Despite goals of providing Albertans information about a potential Alberta pension plan and gauging their thoughts, the survey has been found to “fundamentally fail” in its consultation process.
