Fri, Dec 12: Traffic in and out of Halifax harbour was shut down for much of the afternoon to make way for a fully-loaded oil tanker that lost control of its rudder and had been drifting off the shore of Nova Scotia. Global's Brett Ruskin followed the ship in to the Bedford basin.
