There are calls for better communication during crises following the death of an NDG resident during what’s being called the longest power outage to hit the area since the 1998 ice storm. The coroner is now investigating the death of 87-year-old Sheila Padmore. As Dan Spector reports, officials are planning a long introspection to prevent similar deaths in the future.
