Advocates across Nova Scotia are continuing their call for the province to offer supplemental screening for women with dense breasts. While Nova Scotia’s breast cancer screening program ranks high when compared to other provinces, patients and survivors want to see new technology used to bridge the gap for those with category C and D density.
