Sneaky Dee’s very likely staying open amid building redevelopment: Toronto Councillor
Description
May 29, 2026
The owner of Sneaky Dee's has reached a verbal agreement with the developer of the building housing the iconic bar to protect the establishment from shuttering its doors -- according to a Toronto City Councillor. Dianne Saxe told Global News Thursday an agreement in writing is still needed, but should not be a problem to get.
Noor Ra'fat reports.
