Not everybody was happy with the BC budget handed down on Tuesday. Despite a budget surplus, search and rescue groups have been left in limbo about what funding they'll receive. It's left the organizations with an uncertain future and an inability to plan. Jules Knox reports on what they're asking for and what the government has to say.
