Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry became emotional Thursday as she responded to a 'tragic' record number of overdose deaths in British Columbia last month. Dr. Henry calls on more support for drug users in the community and action from the federal government to decriminalize people who use illicit drugs.
