Many around the world have condemned the ruthless attacks on Ukrainian citizens, calling them war crimes. Now, the U.S. says the wheels are in motion to build a case against Russian President Vladimir Putin for war crimes. As Jennifer Johnson reports, top prosecutors from the International Criminal Court are pursuing thousands of potential cases.
