Hamilton Township Fire Department responded to a metal workshop fire early Thursday on Oak Ridges Drive, near Gores Landing just east of Bewdley. Crews arrived just after 1:30 a.m., and found the workshop engulfed in flames. Port Hope Fire and Emergency Services were called for tanker support. It's believed a number of tools were destroyed. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined. No injuries were reported.
